RescueMED, founded and operated by Kerryn Wratt, a Critical Care Flight Paramedic and remote area practitioner, delivers high-quality medical care services in remote, wilderness, and austere environments.

Our services include provision of the Wilderness Life Support: Medical Professional courses internationally and developing the new Wilderness Rescue Medicine Course right here in Australasia.

Kerryn Wratt brings extensive experience in providing medical care in remote and wilderness settings. With over 21 years of work in ground and air ambulance services in Australia and New Zealand, Kerryn has a special interest in formal medical response systems for austere environments. In 2020, he completed his Fellowship of Wilderness Medicine and received the Warren D Bowman Award from the Wilderness Medicine Society in 2021. Currently, Kerryn serves as the founding President of the Australasian Wilderness and Expedition Medicine Society.
