REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
At RescueMED, significant planning, instructor scheduling, venue bookings, and course resources are committed well in advance of every course. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our team.
More than 4 months before the course start date
If you cancel your registration more than four (4) months prior to the course commencement date, you will receive a full refund less a $100 AUD/NZD administration fee.
Between 3 and 4 months before the course start date
If you cancel your registration between three (3) and four (4) months prior to the course commencement date, you will receive a refund of 75% of the total course fee. The remaining 25% is retained to cover administrative and course preparation costs.
Within 3 months of the course start date
If you cancel your registration within three (3) months of the course commencement date, no refund will be provided.
However, RescueMED may, at its sole discretion, issue a course credit equal to the amount paid. This credit:
Course Transfers
Requests to transfer to another course date are treated as cancellations and are subject to the same terms outlined above. Approval of transfers is at the discretion of RescueMED and subject to course availability.
Cancellation by RescueMED
Should RescueMED cancel a course due to insufficient enrolments, instructor availability, weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered the choice of:
RescueMED is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, insurance, or other personal expenses.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Requests for consideration outside of this policy may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any exception remains entirely at the discretion of RescueMED.
